Elite Cattle Co: Who Are We
Located in Meandarra, on the Western Darling Downs of Queensland, Elite Cattle Co is run by principles Glen, Kim and their three sons Jackson, Casey & Beau.
Our seedstock herd consists of Black & Red Simmental and Sim-Angus females which are run between our two properties, with the majority of the herd being run under commercial conditions at our Moola property, 2 hours away from our home base.
Our annual on-property bull sale is held on the First Thursday of September and comprises of Simmental & Sim-Angus bulls. Females as well as genetic packages are also available throughout the year at various sales and also for sale privately.
In The Beginning:
We’ve been breeding seedstock cattle since 2004 when our first Charolais Females were purchased from the well esteemed Palgrove, Gobongo and Moongool Studs. Charolais numbers increased dramatically when Kindara Charolais dispersed and we purchased a large selection of their top end females.
